Our most popular class! Hot Pilates is our fitness offering that incorporates Pilates principles with high intensity, low impact moves that build physical and mental strength. Hot Pilates classes use body weight or optional wrist/ankle weights, Hot Pilates Weights classes incorporate a set of hand weights for a more intense and weight bearing work out. This is a great class for anyone who wants to build more strength, create long, lean muscles and improve their cardio health wile keeping it low impact on the joints.
