Mobility Flow takes joint mobility and puts it into motion. Warm up joint by joint, learn quadrpedic movement (on your hands and feet) and move on to warm up, training and fitness. A fun and challenging class that offers new ways to move, stretch and strengthen your body. This class is all levels and at the same time, get ready to strengthen your upper body, core and wrists with body weight and weight bearing movement and flow.
