  • You can email info@hotyogapasadena.com or text us at 626-414-5127. We will also get back to you to confirm the last day to enjoy your current month of classes. (always the day before your charge date)

  • In the Momence app, simply click on My Account, My Memberships and you will see how many classes you have used out of how many classes available. You will also see the “expires/renew” date which is your charge date and all classes must be used by the day before.

  • There are no mid month upgrades/dowgrades, but if you go through your membership faster than you thought and you want to upgrade to a higher level of membership, just email to have HYP cancel your current membership and then purchase the level you want or ask Val to process for you.

  • There are no pauses to membership, but you can cancel anytime a week prior and use as many classes in a week as you need to enjoy them before your membership month expires.

  • There is no sharing of memberships or class cards. Everyone (including children) must have their own accounts and packages to use for the studio.

  • Classes do not carry over so make sure you are getting the maximum value on your membership or ask us for help to find you another package.
