You can start with one of our 4 levels of Membership (All memberships have ZERO commitment and can be cancelled a week prior to your charge date) or choose a 5 class card. You can also start with a Single Class that you can apply to another package by emailing/texting back within 24 hours. (You can click between the options to see the options and more details)

Can I just show up to register and pay?
Everyone needs to create their account, purchase a single class, 5 class card or membership prior to arriving at the studio. Please also reserve the class at least 30 minutes in advance that you want to come to.
What do I need to bring?
Make sure to bring a yoga mat, large towel and water to class. (we sell them but don’t provide rentals) Wear exercise clothes you are comfortable in and can sweat in. (l mean…really sweat in)
Can I just try a class?
We suggest starting with a single class that you can apply to any of our Memberships or a 5 class card within a day of taking your first single class. Or you can jump on any membership and know you can opt out a week prior to your charge date.
I don’t know if doing yoga in the heat will work for me.
We get that it can be intimidating to start a hot yoga practice. But you won’t know until you try and then wait to see how incredible you will feel after.
When do the studio doors open and can I arrive a little late?
The studio opens the doors 15 minutes before class and all our classes on time. If the door is locked, we are sorry we missed you, we will see you next time.
Do I have to be vaccinated to take class
We are a mostly vaxxed studio and verified Vaxxed status for a long time. We no longer check vaxx status but still require all clients to respect our procedures and guidelines. We also only allows clients to come to class who are 100% healthy.
Can I rent mats or towels?
Instead of rentals we only sell mats and several options. Everyone does need a yoga mat to practice at HYP. Please call or email for current availability and pricing.
Where are you located and where can I park?
We are located at 2089 E Colorado Blvd, Pas. Ca. 91104. There is parking in the back or 2 hour parking on the street. Please allow time to park as our classes start on time.
How do I cancel a class, or see my waitlist status or find a copy of my contract?

We Offer the Following Classes
Original Hot Yoga (OHY)
90 and 60 minutes
OHY is the original Hot Yoga series. This practice is the foundation of our studio and the original 90 minute class was our only offering for our first 15 years here in Pasadena.
In order to meet the demands and needs of modern schedules, we also offer a 60 minute express version where we do all the same postures, but some only once, and a 75 minute version which offers the full series with minimal instruction allowing for a more efficient use of time.
You will find OHY offers the most healing and therapeutic benefits in this brilliant series designed for every level. Learn to balance the effort of the posture with the ease of your normal breathing to create the most profound experience. OHY is done in a heated room and transforms your body and mind by stretching and strengthening your physical body and by relieving stress to meet the demands of your day and to reclaim your most powerful self.

Our Hot Pilates classes offer the physical strength you crave and the emotional support you need to achieve results. Hot Pilates Strength incorporates a faster pace and optional light hand weights to increase your muscle tone and cardio health.
Practicing this class produces FAST results you will see in the mirror, feel in your clothes and notice in your calmer and more productive state of mind.
If you are looking for a cardio workout that goes easy on your joints and gives you both the cardio workout and fat burning you crave, this is the class for you. Great for all levels! Start getting lean and strong today.
Hot Pilates Plus incorporates a faster pace and optional light hand weights to increase your muscle tone and cardio health, to reach your fitness goals!
Yin yoga is a wonderful way to ease tension in your ligaments and joints by holding postures for 2-5 minutes. Meant to go beyond the muscles to find deeper release in the ligaments and tendons, Yin uses slow, long holds to allow deeper opening and connection.
25 Years in the making and curated just for HYP by YogiVal, , Hotstanga is a hybrid series of Hot Yoga and Astanga offering the healing and therapeutic benefits of OHY fused with the power and deeper joint movement of Astanga.
Hotstanga (prep) offers a chance to learn the basics of the Hotstanga system including Sun Salutations and vinyasa’s along with modifications for building strength to the full practice. A great way to get started and to see this is not a class about advanced posture, but building stamina and power to take your OHY practice to the next level.
