Get the Momence App

Once you have an account/membership in our system, get the Momence app, sign in with your email and password and confirm with your cell.

If you don’t have an active account, the App won’t recognize you.

You can also skip to the end of this page for links to reset your password.

CONFIRM/SUCCESS

You can confirm you are booked by seeing that class is marked “Booked” on your app or by viewing the home screen for your upcoming schedule.

On Demand

HYP TV (On Demand) is available while your Membership/Subscription is active. (5 cc and single classes not included) 

PURCHASE

If you need to purchase
a new Membership,
5 class card or Single class.

*If you are out of classes in your current Membership month, email/text Val to reserve you for $15/class

Cancelling

There are 2 ways to cancel classes in the Momence App

Go to your Schedule, see that the class is “Booked”

Click on the class, Click  “Cancel this booking

CONFIRM” you want to CANCEL it.

OR

Go back to the Home screen and under your upcoming classes, click CANCEL. You will no longer see the class in your upcoming classes.

 From the HOME screen, Click the BACK arrow Learn More About Your Account

LEARN

Go to the “Account” Tab & “My Memberships” to see the details of your current Membership

CHECK

View how many classes you’ve used and how many you have left to enjoy. Confirm your “Expires/Renews” date.  (The next time you get charged) You have until THE DAY BEFORE to use your monthly number of classes.

Feed

View any special announcements/schedule updates.

Inbox

Reach us anytime by simply clicking “Send a Message”.  (Yes, this is the same text number: 626-414-5127 where you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your Membership a week prior to your charge date)

Reset Your Password

Need to Reset Your Password or “CREATE” your password in Momence. (For those who’ve attended classes at HYP since January 2020) If you are new or have not been to HYP since Jan 2020, please click here to go to our Start Here Page

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your members anytime, 1 week prior to your chargedate any of 3 ways

  2. Text 626-414-5127
  3. Send a message through the app from the Home page “Inbox”
    (*There is no self cancel in our system)
